Donating money, time, or gifts to Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care makes a meaningful difference in the lives of people undergoing cancer treatment.
Our charity provides free transport to and from hospital appointments, helping to reduce the stress, cost, and uncertainty that patients and their families often face. Every contribution, whether financial support, volunteering time, or practical gifts, helps keep this vital service running and ensures that patients can travel safely and comfortably to receive the care they need. Giving to Daft as a Brush is a powerful way to show compassion, strengthen the community and support those navigating one of life’s toughest challenges. Thank you.

Help cancer patients today!
Donating to the Daft as a Brush charity helps ensure that cancer patients who need transport are able to get to hospital safely and on time.
One-off donation
A single donation of £30 buys enough fuel to power a single cancer patient ambulance for 200 miles. This would cover a single day on the road. A £100 donation would power a single ambulance for a whole week. This would help at least 10 cancer patients on the road to recovery.
Monthly donation
Making a monthly donation provides a reliable, ongoing source of support that helps keep our vital transport services running for cancer patients. Regular donations allow the charity to plan ahead, maintain vehicles, cover fuel and insurance costs, and ensure that no patient is left without a safe way to travel for treatment.
Thank you for your kind support.

Leaving a gift of money or resources in your will to Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care can create a lasting legacy of compassion and practical support for those facing cancer. Any gift you leave in your will to a UK‑registered charity is completely exempt from IHT, regardless of the size of the gift. This means the value of the charitable gift is deducted from your estate before Inheritance Tax is calculated, reducing the taxable amount straight away
By including a gift in your will, you help ensure that this vital service continues for future generations, offering dignity, reliability, and comfort when it is needed most. Such a legacy reflects not only generosity, but a powerful commitment to community care that extends far beyond your lifetime.

From all of us at Daft as a Brush, we thank you most sincerely for gifting us in your will. You’re helping cancer patients all across our region get to and from hospital with less anxiety and stress, on their journey to recovery.

The faint hearted may wish to stay on the sofa, but they’ve even got a fund raising ideas for that, too!
It doesn’t have to be high-octane!
